Please help! Mystery sickness

Update: found a vet an hour and a half away. He examined my two birds which were showing further symptoms. One was extremely underweight and the other recently started acting lethargic. I thought I brought some pretty good samples to see what it could be. After looking at a fecal sample under a microscope he determined they had roundworm but were otherwise healthy. Moral of the story deworm your chickens yearly and save money, time and stress! Just wanted to post this if anyone comes across this post with the same problem.
So glad it's been diagnosed, hope they recover quickly. Did your vet say to "de worm yearly?"

I thought he said yearly but my mom said he said he said multiple times yearly. Idk are you supposed do more then yearly?

I do it never unless there is an actual worm issue which I have never had except for Coccidiosis in chicks. That's why I was asking if a vet suggested yearly for no good reason. I would have to disagree....
