PLEASE HELP! NEED ADVICE! PLEASE!

Here is a picture... probably won’t help but oh well.
The weak one has the red arrow, and the healthy one that I’m letting keep the weak one company and let him get used to walking has the blue arrow.

These two are in a small brooder until they get ready to move to the big plastic one.

He is completely different! Eyes open, walking around, holding his head up, and eating and drinking on his own! Definitely better! Hes still not quite as strong as the others, but hes getting there!

Update..
I am so happy! All 4 are in the brooder together. You can't even tell that one had been weak. The fifth is mostly out of the egg but still has a tiny bit of yolk to absorb.

The 4 in brooder are still great! However, the fifth seems sick/weak. He keeps rolling up into a ball like he’s in the egg. He does open his eyes and his feet are flat like they should be. I don’t know. We’ll see what he’s like in the morning. I hope he comes around...
Edit: he hatched at around 730.

I am very happy to say that all 5 ducklings are happy and healthy. The fifth came around and is just fine. They are making a huge mess, but their cuteness and how fun they are make up for it. If I need any further questions, I will ask on this thread. Thanks to all who have helped, especially @MGG.
