Please help, need some advice!!

We have a little white silkie roo that we are trying to rehome. One man offered to take him, but he already has four roosters and two hens housed together. Our concern is that with four roosters already, five will be a bit too many, and our roo will get awfully beaten up (he doesn't have spurs yet). He's extremely cowardly though, would that be a good trait to have in a rooster fight? Anyway, the man said that he will see how our rooster does with his flock, and if it doesn't work out, find him another good home.

To me it seems like a potentially bad situation for a submissive rooster to be entering.
