Are these Standard bred poultry? Hatchery stock?

Rotational line breeding is used by most breeders. This blogsite, by Bob Blosl, will help you understand how to do this. I've found it very helpful through the years. Bob was a major contributor here on BYC until he passed away a couple years ago.
