Please help-not sure what to do!

Chicks can survive 48-72 hours after pipping. If it were me, I would help it out. It seems to be weakening, just my personal opinion.

That's what I'm thinking too! Because its chirp is no where near like what it has been! And it's been making noise all day, so I know it still hasn't hatched because its resting.

We ended up assist hatching after it stayed that way for so long! And good thing, because it was definitely stuck! It is now a healthy little chick doing great! Now the problem is it is day 21 and none of the other eggs have began to even show signs of hatching. our thermometer quit working on day 20, so not sure what the temperature was.. Hoping they're still okay, maybe just a late hatch??

Savvy is right in her views. The hatching time varies for eggs. Actually what is happening now a days is that the shell coverings is gradually declining in its thickness due to many biological factors. So may be its affecting in your case.
