Please help now! Chicken attacked by dog, First Aid advice needed!!!

I wouldn't use DE. I think that would be an irritant and only used if there is a danger of flies laying eggs on the wound. I'm sure you have her someplace where that won't happen.

If you put antibiotic ointment on it, you can wrap the wound with vetrap (mainly used for horses) to keep it clean and flies off (otherwise dirt and stuff will pack onto the wound because of the sticky ointment)- Just wrap the Vetrap around her entire body but under the wings so she's comfortable.
If you use Vetrap and it's wet or muddy outside you'll have to keep her inside and dry or the dressings will get soggy.

We had the same thing happen when I was in high school- Neighbor's dog attacked 4 of our chickens but the wounds were much deeper. We were pretty new to chickens at the time and my dad went down and got his old upholstery needles, we cleaned the wounds and dad sewed them up, then we covered the wounds with horse antibiotic ointment (I can't remember which brand) and wrapped them in vetrap. I think we gave oral antibiotics for a week as well. All four recovered just fine.

If there's a chance the wound goes deeper than the picture appears, use ointment and vetrap and change the ointment and dressings daily. If it's just a skin abrasion (which it kind of looks like in the picture), I wouldn't do anything, just let it scab and heal on its own.

Well, this is was day 3, and she's still pretty dazed. We clean the wounds once a day with colloidal silver, then apply Neosporin (I found one you can spray on, which seems to work a lot better than the ointment). She yells when we rinse the wound with the muscle showing, but recovers quickly. My worry is that she only eats the tiniest amount of food (a bit of yoghurt, some finely chopped pieces of fruit, a bit of oatmeal). I added some crushed granite to her food, to keep her digestion going, but am not sure if she's gotten any of it in her. Also, I have not seen her drink.
The wounds look okay, they're dry, and there's no funky smell. But the minimal eating is worrying the heck out of me.

Have you tried feeding her scrambled or boiled eggs? She needs the extra protein to help her healing process, and she may be craving the extra protein instead of the carbs.

When i had a wounded chicken, i could hardly get her to eat anything, but scrambled eggs were the ticket. When i scramble eggs for a chicken (in case anyone wants to know), i scramble in a good amount of water - a lot more than i ever would if i were eating them. It fluffs them up, and the chickens seem to like them better when they're fluffy. I don't know why.

Also, as to the drinking; i've always watched for the white cap on the poop to gauge if they were drinking enough. The poop is easier to keep an eye on than watching number of sips per day.

I'm very happy for you to hear that the wounds seem to be doing o.k. Given time, she should snap out of her daze and get back to her old self.

What PunkinPeep said.

They really seem to like the cooked eggs and they're really good for them.

...going to make her some scrambled egg right now. She rejected the egg I made her yesterday, but did eat a bit of fruit (anything red...).
Should I add some of the crushed granite to the eggs (sounds yucky, doesn't it)? I have some on the floor of her cage, but she has no interest in it, and I'm afraid she won't get enough grit, either.
She poops once or twice a day, and it's yellowish, runny, and STINKS.

I would try mixing whatever she is willing to eat with the scrambled eggs, but make the thing she's used to most obvious. Hopefully she'll get a taste of the egg and then go for more.

And if it's the red she likes, i wouldn't be above coloring the eggs for her. They really will help her get better faster.
