Please Help! One day old chick can't walk!

I know this is a site for chickens but I didn't know where else to look. Anyway so we had to take this chick out of the nest because its mother had left him by himself and was not coming back. All the other chicks could walk fine but this guy could not. We have put food down and water but he does not seem to be eating or drinking. When he tries to walk both legs are underneath him, not to the side of him. He looks weak and one leg in particular seems to be weak. When he tries to walk he just stumbles over or falls backwards. Any solutions??

Does it look like he is just weaker than the others....or has leg problems?? You can do a search for straddle leg and see how to apply a band aid hobble for it. If it just looks weak, you could try poly-vi-sol (baby vitamin, get the kind without iron). Mix a drop or two with some sugar water and just drip it by his beak.....be careful not to get it in his nostrils and drown him.

I'm not sure. The poor guy just can't stand up. He looks like he has got leg problems. Here are a few photos.

Here is a quick video to show what is happening. He still doesn't seem to eat or drink and I've noticed a few cuts on the back of his legs also.
