Please HELP, possibly URGENT!My 12 HR old Silkie can't lift or support it's head

Hatching went well. Baby has been in the incubator since hatch last night. But it can't hold or lift it's head. It just kind of flops it's head around. It's trying to get up and walk, but it's head is like an anchor. What's wrong? What can I do?

I would leave it in the incubator for another 12-24 hours and see then how it's doing.

If after 24 hours it's still having issues, you'll have to give it a couple of drops of Poultry Cell or Nutri-Drench with an eyedropper (or small needless syringe). Just put the eyedropper to its beak on its right side and let it seep in.
