please help!!quail swollen leg

Hello guys
About a week ago i bought few quails. Unfortunately, one of the females is infected by some type of disease that has swell the left leg by the joint and the right leg on the finger. She can barely stand on her feet. what is this disease? any cure?

The foot problem is "Bumblefoot". The leg issue might be related. If you google bumblefoot then you can see some treatments, which normally include cleaning it out and keeping it really clean.
