Please help, Roo or Pullets?

Do you think these are pullets or cockerels? Roughly 16-20 weeks old. Lavender Orpington makes a crowing sound in the morning.

Do your EE chicks have 1 row or 3 rows of peas on their combs? You could have all boys based on the tails of the first and third chicks. The second roo only shows the face of a roo. The waterfall tail has yet to develop.

I cannot tell, I'll try looking this evening when they are more still. Looks like one pea comb on both EE right now.
 
Heard two of the three crowing this morning. I am sure the third will find his voice soon.
