I will take one tomorrow but I am sure after doing some searching it is Water Belly / Ascites. sorry I did not get back sooner I was trying to figure out how to reply.

There's not much that can be done regarding waterbelly. You can drain fluid from the belly to reduce pressure but it'll be an ongoing process and death is inevitable. Here's a link:
