Please help! Should a roo go?!!!! Which one????!! Desperate!!!!

Update! Since being put back together on Thursday night after their bloody battle, there have been minor issues, but that's all. Boss Man is clearly still on top. Onigiri kind of stays around the perimeter, running away anytime Boss Man approaches. Boss Man seems very agitated, as if he is constantly aware that he must maintain his dominance. I can live with this.

Out of these two...

Boss Man, partridge silkie roo
Cross beak
Gentle roo
Protective (Maybe too protective? pecked my son's hand hard yesterday when he was trying to catch a hen)
Bloodied Onigiri today

Onigiri, white silkie roo
Perfect formation
Mean to hens

Keep Boss Man to protective the ladies and get rid of Onigiri. No one wants a Roo that is mean to the girls. Boss Man pecking a hand when messing with the girls is merely him being a good roo and doing his job. He is there to protect the girls. Just give him some one on one time to help with that and spend time picking all of the chickens up and handling them.

Our roo has realized that when we pick the girls up, we put them back and no harm done. He does not even kick up much of a fuss now and he is only 19 weeks old.

Thanks Cetawin. This is pretty much what I decided. They are doing ok now, Onigiri just has kind of a defeated look, but I am sure he will jump right back in the moment Boss Mann shows weakness.
