Please help! Sick chick!

Our chicken, about 3 months has been standing around, not socializing with the other chickens. She doesn't eat much and has been like this for about 3 days. She did throw up this white mucus stuff, but other than that has been just hunched over and quiet. HELP!

describe the droppings, color and consistency.

check the crop..it's a little sac near the bottom of the neck at the top of the breast slightly to the right (the hen's right)..if she isn't eating it should feel flat..
see if it feels hard like a balloon, has any lumps, feels grainy, or soft and squishy, or has an odor..

if possible..check the mouth and throat for any sores or cheesy substance..

Esmerelda has a soft, squishy crop. Is that a good thing?? I havn't seen her droppings. I checked her beak, and it seems to look perfectly fine. It did have a slight smell though. She does seem to be eating a little. One thing i noticed was that she weighs like nothing compared to the other chickens her size. Only about a few ounces.
