Please help, sick hen and nothing is working

Hi, I have a sick hen who is I think turning 3 this year. She hasn’t laid an egg in around 2 months if I am knowing whos eggs are whos. On thursday I found her on the next with what seemed to be straining. She hopped off of the nest and drank a ton of water snd just stood there. I knew something was wrong. Her butt had white urates on it and that was not normal for her. I thought she had a stuck egg but she didn’t pass anything. The next day she had this big huge and weird looking poo. She hasnt been wanting to eat much at all and just recently I’ve been having to syringe feed her yogurt and water. I tried some Doxy-tyl for hopefully to fight off some sort of internal infection (a friend suggested that) then I moved her to some corrid. She seemed to have perked up the day after I gave her that corrid, talking, moving around, but now she took a huge turn for the worst. She doesn’t talk and is pretty lethargic. Her poo used to be super green little chunks with a lot of urates and now they are just pure liquid. I really don’t know what to do anymore. Activities she enjoyed just a day or two prior, she stopped liking today. She dropped weight today too.

I feed 20% all flock and give calcium on the side. I have tried to feed her egg, tomato, yogurt. The first two days she ate the egg but now she wont eat egg or tomato (her absolute favorite). She wont even sunbake anymore

I’m thinking something reproductive but i would love everyones opinions.

I’ll attach some images of her from yesterday sunbaking and the day prior before she went super downhill. + A photo of her poo yesterday. Also yes, she doesn’t have a comb, she managed to rip it off in a freak accident when she was little.

While you're waiting for the experts to reply, have you felt her belly, the area under her vent between her legs? Can you feel an egg at all? What does her belly feel like? Is it hard, does it seem to hurt her when you touch her there? Is it soft and squishy like a water balloon? Is she walking and standing like a penguin?
Have you felt her crop? What does it feel like; squishy, hard, full, empty? Have you checked her for lice and mites? Check her vent and under her wings.
Corid is a 5 day treatment if you suspect coccidiosis.
I think Doxy-Tyl is usually for respiratory symptoms. Is she coughing or sneezing, any goo or bubbles from her nose and eyes? She could potentially be suffering from a reproductive issue since she hasn't laid in a while.
Just some questions to help Wyorp Rock and Eggcessive with more details.
I hope you can figure out what's ailing her and she feels better.

How old is she? Can you get her drinking some fluids with electrolytes, or use Gatorade or Pedialyte. Homemade electrolytes can be made with a tsp of sugar and a tiny pinch of salt to a cup of water. How does her crop feel—empty and flat, full, firm doughy, or squishy? Has she been laying eggs recently? When she is drinking well, offer some mushy wet chicken feed, some dry, and some soft scrambled egg. Is she gasping any? Is her lower belly under her vent area enlarged?

Under her vent area is not enlarged but it is very firm and it feels weird and lumpy and not normal. Kinda chunky almost. It has gotten more and more lumpy over the days. She only will drink water with doxy in it or just plain water. She wont drink anything else. She sometimes will pick at mushy feed. It is offered to her daily. I got my dates wrong and she is 2 years old. Her crop was empty but she was drinking a lot of water just now so it has a lot if water in it. I do not know if she has laid at all this season, her sister has similar eggs and she is laying so I dont know exactly. No gasping.
I offered doxy-tyl because the doxy part of it is mostly broad spectrum and the tyl is more respiratory based if I am thinking right.

I would check her crop each morning before she eats, to make sure the crop is emptying. Then I would make her as comfortable as possible, feed her egg or bits of tuna and chicken feed. Hopefully, she will improve, but she may become lethargic or separate herself if she is in pain. Getting a weight on some digital scales can serve as a baseline if she loses weight. Enrofloxacin or amoxicillin are used more often to treat reproductive infection or salpingitis. Jedds.com sells 10 mg enrofloxacin tablets.

Thank you so much for the help! She has been separated since Thursday due to being lethargic. I will see if any friends have Enrofloxacin or amoxicillin before buying it and having to wait for shipping. I will start to weigh her as well.

I'm sorry she's not doing well, she's lovely, looks so soft and cuddly.

I agree, I'd try Enrofloxacin or Amoxicillin.

I also agree, she may have something reproductive going on since she's not laid in a while. I'd also give her 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for 3-5 days, see if she expels any material.

The drinking a lot of water, I'd still monitor the crop.
