*PLEASE help* somethings terribly wrong

Ok so I have a white silkie chicken that is going to be 2 months on July 11. I don't know what's a matter with her but she is always panting and she is very lethargic. I noticed this a while ago but I thought she was just hot. She isn't hot tho because all the other chickens are fine. What's wrong with her?

Symptoms: panting. Lethargic

Please help

No it isn't that because there is no pheasants around here and no other bird has the worm

is her face pale? she might be dehydrated

Nope. Ok now she is just panting. But she gas been pantin from the day she hatched so idk what think now

sounds like she has an issue with her beak? I bought/saved a chicken from TSC that had parts of it's nostrils ripped off because of overcrowded situations and I thought it was going to die as it was always gasping but she is fine now. Seems like as she gets older she starts to adjust. As long as her quality of life is there I am not intending on killing her. Maybe look into her nose and see if there is an obstruction? Not sure how I would do that though.
