PLEASE HELP!!! Suddenly Blind Rooster? Brain Damage Possible? Can't figure it out!!!

We're in eastern PA. It had not been HORRIBLE, but yes it had been hot. They should've been fine though if you read above about our ventilation and fan. Always getting fresh water, etc. Not sure about the whole vet thing. Hadn't looked into it much this evening. Thanks for the grapes & watermelon comment I will keep that in mind! Any other ideas from others, other than heat stroke? Wondering about his feathers! :0/
