It looks very dry, and that yellow can be from dehydration. If mine I would give Pedialyte or Gatorade orally. At her weight I would give 5 ml now, wait 60-90 minutes and repeat if crop is clear, then repeat again as soon as her crop clears.

Call the vet and ask if they will sell you a bag. Ask for lactated ringers or 0.09% saline.

In California, if a vet has seen the bird, they can prescribe drugs and fluids for that bird. Just call and explain that you want to give more subcutaneous fluids. I also live in California.

I'm on the east coast, we have Amish feed mills that carry fluids and things for large animals that can be used. I don't know if that applies to the west coast.

I was able to get some from the hospital, complete with IV kit and disposable needles. I’m so grateful for the kindness of those nurses, but also makes me sad that when I tried their vet hospital they wouldn’t help unless you come in for a check which is over $300 (emergency at least).

I wondered that too that’s why I discontinued all meds at first but the 12 pm feeding I actually made formula on Corid-based water and added crushed Sulfa too. I also ran 10 cc IV before tube feeding, so fingers crossed!
She does now sometimes raise her head/spread wings for a brief moment and protests the tube. I weighed her now and she is now 259 g - up from 252 yesterday, although I did weigh her right after feeding. I’ll do again tonight.
