I will warn you, you are setting yourself up for heartache.. You should just throw the egg away.
Its not a chick yet.. its just veins and embryo. If it hatches is 99 percent likely to die.
This is because you can not feed it pigeon milk like the parents do. Without this they will not grow or thrive in the first week of life.. and will likely die.. If they survive they will be small stunted birds.. immune supressed and likely to die early as they will be weak and not able to fight off disease.
Believe me... I have been breeding and raising pigeons and doves for 15 years.. and used to work in a wildlife rescue centre and a zoo.. where we often hand reared all sorts of birds.
Its not a chick in need of help... its a developing egg. By allowing it to hatch, I fear you are dooming it to suffering and probably death.
Why don't you just buy yourself a pet bird if you want something to care for?
