Please help! URGENT

Hey One of my female quail was severely beaten up by my other quail. I have no clue what to do. She is shaking, but I think the bleeding is pretty much stopped.
It looks like she is missing hunks of skin on her neck. When I found her she was lethargic and her eyes droopy.

I don't know much about quail, but she is in shock. I would put her a part from the others and watch her keep her warm and give her electrolytes also, put some antibiotic ointment on her wounds, but I wouldn't put it directly on the inside of her body if that is what I see
