lethargic, watery diarrhea, won’t stand, breathing slightly labored, wet around her beak. I was out of town for two days (sitter probably didn’t notice)
Came home to her this way....
didn’t feel an egg inside, don’t think she is egg bound. Laying in the nesting box with eyes closed.

What part of her is in the first photo?
What are you feeding?
Did she have water the whole time?
Any other birds?
Could she have gotten ahold of something weird?
What has your weather been like?

I’m so sorry about your girl. I, too, am concerned about water and weather. It really could be anything, but my first hunch is heat stroke and/or dehydration. Getting fluids with vitamins and and electrolytes into her would be good, in addition to keeping her somewhere with mild temperatures (like inside your house). Her naked breast tells me she could be broody, so she probably hasn’t been taking care of herself. Please check her over for parasites in case she has not been dust bathing. Once she is hydrated, I would offer wet feed.

Giving her electrolytes is very important. When she has had plenty of fluids, the offer some chicken feed made wet with water and a little cooked egg. The chicken kind, Pedialyte, or even Gatorade would all work. If she has been sitting in a nest box, possibly being broody with the bare chest feathers, she may have become dehydrated and suffering from the heat.
