Please help! Weak little baby chick has sour crop

Please help! My little baby chick is 11 weeks old. A couple of days ago she got really sleepy and really fluffed up. So I took her to the vet and she gave me some antibiotics to give her every morning and every night. She has made it through 2 nights but it's really not looking good. We have been feeding and watering her with a syringe. Although she is still drinking from it herself. Last night we decided not to feed her as her crop was full and this morning I have noticed it is still full and squishy. I read that antibiotics might give her sour crop but now I'm not sure what to do? I don't want to tip her upside down and make her vomit as she is too weak. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do? She is just sleeping all the time. I really don't want to lose her! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

*side note
We've also seperated her from the rest. I guess I would like to know whether I should feed her or not. As she needs to eat because she is so weak but not sure if I can if she's got sour crop??
