Welcome to BYC and sorry that your chicken is sick. Does your vet deal with chickens usually, and seem to know a lot? What symptoms have you seen from her, any eye draiange and crust around eyes, swelling of her face, sneeze, cough, wheeze, or nasal drainage or dirty nostrils? Sick birds do not drink enough water or eat well, so it would be good to offer water frequently, and try offering wet chicken feed, chopped egg, tuna or liver, or other nutritious treats just to get her eating. Watermelon is usually a good thing to get more fluids in them.

What dosage of Tylan are you giving her? You can give 0.2 ml per pound 3 times daily for up to 5 days. If giving only twice a day increase to 0.3 ml per pound. It can be given orally without the needle or by injection into the breast muscle, alternating sides daily.

The pale spots on her comb look odd. Fowl pox can start out like that, then turn brown usually. Could she have any spider bite or other insecr bites there? Hopefully she will start feeling better soon.
