The Revolution is a very very very good idea. You should find that this kills the fleas. However, this kind of flea has part of its life-cycle in the soil, so to really get rid of the fleas you need to prevent them burrowing down into the soil. Putting a layer of concrete (or something solid that they can't dig through) down is probably the best way - especially under where they perch/sleep at night.
