Yea at hatchery's they sometimes throw in a different breed to make them look shiny or be bigger

if it was a seabright mix wouldnt it have the normal male feathering coming in instead of the regular seabright feathers?

It's a purebred sebright with a wrong comb... happens sometimes, if it's a cross, most of the times you will not have a clear cut lacing.
