As far as the duck. Pay close attention to her, and her feces, weighing her daily on a gram scale would be advised as well. If she starts producing abnormal droppings, or starts losing weight she needs to be taken to a vet.

If anything does happens, it will most likely occur in the gizzard as the strong grinding force often pushes the pieces into the lining. Of course take her to a vet if you can, but for now you'll just want to pay close attention to her. If you want, you could try adding a few ml's of mineral oil into her feed to help lubricate the plastic down.

This sounds very stressful and I'm sorry you are going through this. Of course we can't tell you if your duck is going to be ok or not, but I wish that we could.

Did you actually see your duck ingest pieces of this plastic dryer vent? Perhaps your duck just chewed it and didn't swallow? Or maybe another animal chewed it and she was just investigating it with her bill?

I hope things turn out ok.

Nobody on the internet can tell you what's definitely going to happen or not happen to your duck...but very experienced members have given you their best advice (to keep an eye on her and wait it out until/unless you can get professional in-person help from a vet)

i saw her chewing it, but not sure if she actually swallowed anything
 
If this helps any my duck ate a long string that somehow got into there run. The end of it was hanging out of his mouth and we tried to pull it and it would not come out. We couldn't take him to the vet so we just had to watch him and hope for the best. He was acting normal and started eating drinking and pooping again.
