Please help... what is this??

I need some help, I'm new to the chicken world and have 8 hens... I have one hen that has this thing under her vent (see photos) can anyone tell me what it is and should I be concerned? It is hard.. I will remind you she has had worms, I've been basically treating her for 3months now i use wazine, safeguard, and now equimax... she also went Brody but I broke her from that...

My gut feeling is an ingrown feather. You could try teasing it out as you would an ingrown hair with a sterile needle/pin then tweeze. Good luck!

I was thinking same thing, ingrown feather. I'd do as the previous post says, just clean the area before hand to disinfect, and keep it as clean as possible afterward, being the place it is in may be more prone to getting soiled. If it doesn't seem like a feather, then we can go from there.
Just curious, what worms you are treating for, and why three months?

+3 to ingrown feather. I think these can grow into large cysts, so I would treat it now. It doesn’t look too bad at this point.
