Please help with breeds & gender

Hi guys, I got some eggs for my 2 young boys to watch incubate and grow. We successfully hatched 3 chickens who are now nearly 10 weeks old. We have 2 that look similar which I think are possibly buff Orpington’s and 1 which is a silkie.
I was just wondering if people could help identify the breeds and if possible the gender

You have two orpingtons, a cockerel and a pullet, and a silkie cross, probably a pullet.

Any tips for keeping the mr quiet or is that impossible?

Well, no. Crowing is a natural part of being a male chicken. Just like the egg song is a natural part of being a female chicken. Some will do it more often then others, its a personality thing.
Some people use crow collars, but those can be dangerous and have been known to strangle chickens. I read recently of somebody who was attempting to train her rooster not to crow, via clicker and food treats. That may or may not work, depending on how much of a gentleman your cockerel is to your lady, since he'll want to save those treats for her.
The bigger issue is raising a cockerel who's respectful to humans and doesn't see them as a threat once the testosterone kicks in. If you can keep him, legally, I suggest you start reading up on some of those articles on here.

Thank u for your help, I’ll have a read up. They are just for us in our back garden so I might have to look at rehoming him.
