1) How often should I clean a 6x6 coop and a 6x12 run that is gonna hold 1 Dominique hen, 1 EE hen, 1 Phoenix roo, 2 Silkie hens, and 1 D'Uccle hen?
2) Also How much space is each chicken gonna have?
3) In addition is this enough space for that amount?

Seems like plenty of space for your chickens. Personally I clean the coop out every Saturday because it's so small(4x3x4). As for the run, I dug up about 5 inches of dirt and replaced that with sand, so I never have to clean that.

Thanks for helping

It depends on if you are going to use the deep litter method. If you do, than you may only need to clean the coop every 6 months or so. Search this forum for deep litter method and you will get more info. Hope this helps.

i think your space is right for your chickens, using the 4sq.ft. per chicken rule in the coop you only need 24 sq.ft. and you have 36 so your giving them good breathing room and they wont be too cramped. I dont know what your coop looks like as far as ventilation, but i would think cleaning it once a week will be enough, that many chickens will probably poop a good amount and the ammonia and stuff if it doesnt ventilate properly.
while your at it i would probably clean the run too, but that could probably be done every other week as it is most likely more ventilated.

just my opinion hope it helps

I will not be using the deep litter method rebecky1305. I, for some reason, do not like it. And for ventilation I have windows and A big door that will be opened when the weather allows it.

The size is good. What bedding are you using. That depicts how often you clean. Shaving retain moisture well. Straw needs to be changed more often. I change straw near food and water every weekend and then every month change all of it. Shavings you can turn them and last for a long time. I suggest dropping boards and raised feed/water stations. It saves a lot of cleaning.

I am gonna use pine shavings. So raised waterer & feeder, poop boards, and a daily stiring should save me some cleaning? Could I clean it about every 3-5 months and be fine or do I need to clean it more often?

People use the deep litter method and only clean it out once a year. This requires a lot of ventilation. Go to the top of the page where the blue bar is (Index, User List, Rules SEARCH) Click on search and type in Deep Litter Method. There are tons of thread about it. The reason I say raised feeder stations is if they throw around feed you can just sweep it off the raised spot and mop up spills instead of it going unnoticed and causing mice and mold.
