Time will tell on the gender, but at 21 weeks, your pullets comb looks to me to be considerably smaller than Lynnschicken's EE's comb does.
That picture was taken when she was about 11 or 12 weeks old.
This is a funky, distorted pea comb, which is what makes it so difficult to nail down the gender of this EE based on the comb. Without the close up you provided, and given the size of the comb in the original pics, I assumed it had three rows of peas in it, but in the close up it turned out to be a distorted comb without any rows of peas.Also, what kind of comb is this? Im so new to chickens.
