Please help with my roosting bar placement.

I’ve had my coop for a year. I built it myself. It’s been great for the most part. It is 8x12 with the roosting bars on the far end 8 ft wall, the human door on the other 8 ft wall and the nesting boxes on the 12’ wall with the chicken door opposite them.
The roosting bars is right in front of the window. They don’t seem to like it, especially in the winter. I cover with a clear poly and it also has plexiglass in it. They always sit on both sides of the window, even in summer.
I was thinking of putting the roosting bars on the long side of the coop above the chicken door. But I don’t have much space since the door is 22” from the wall. I currently have 20 chickens so I need enough roosting space. 16 of them are large breed and 4 are bantam.
I have attached a couple of photos. Sorry, the glare through the window is pretty strong currently.
I’d love ideas, suggestions or your photographs to help me decide if I should move it or not.
I’ve had a little nursery underneath. They are pretty much grown now so I’ll use the area for storage.

There's a static window film you can purchase at the big box home stores (or Amazon). I'd play around with something to cut the light down from the window and provide some privacy. Cheap and easy test before having the restructure the roosts.

Amazing coop, by the way!

Second the window film, especially if it's a patterned one, reminiscent (for a chicken) of looking out through a protective screen of leaves. If that doesn't work, maybe a piece of lattice.
