Please help with turkey hen

My turkey hen has developed a puffy cheek this morning. She seems to be eating and drinking fine. Im not real sure what could cause this

Sinus infection or bee sting or bug bite. At least one person had their tom's head swell up from a snake bite.

I had made the mistake in googling. Of course it said avian influenza

That of course is another possibility but should be more than just one side swelling up and should have sinus drainage and sneezing.

So far none of that. Should I treat entire flock with something just incase it is a sinus infection? Or watch for more symptoms
