I have a 2 month old black sex link that has been down and out for about a week. She is not walking. She can stand. She eats great and drinks water. I have put vitamins in her water for about 5 days now. She eats egg and yogurt everyday. I just have run out of ideas I don't know what else to do with her. She is not injured. When she tries to walk she just looses balance and falls but like I said she can stand just fine. She does grasp my finger if I touch her feet. Someone please help

Offhand I would say Mereks because she is under 16 weeks, Lice or Mites, an Earinfection, or Botulism but you will have to do more research. I don't want to scare you I'm just giving you ideas of what to research and see if you can find exact symtoms. Hope you figure out what's going on.

I've done a ton of research. Just can't figure it out. Hoping not mereks, doesn't really seem like it to me, but I don't know

Doesn't really sound like Merak's to me. If she acts all right except can't walk, I would lean towards either a vit/min deficiency or ear infection or mites. Do chickens get ear mites? Anyway I think you may want to decrease the vitamins in the water to once every 2 or 3 days and in the off days I would add a tablespoon of ACV (apple cider vinegar) per quart of water. Maybe a round of antibiotics?

Ok thanks. Where do I get antibiotics for a chicken? Also her poop is not runny at all but pretty green. Does that mean anything?
