That does look to me like pictures I have seen of canker or trichomoniasis. A vet or avian vet may help more. Fish Zole is the treatment 250mg by mouth daily for 5 days. Once a month treatment of the flock with acidified copper sulfate may be helpful to prevent infection. Dosage of that is 1/4 tsp per gallon of water for 3 days every month.
