Is it normal for a 3-4 week silkies to be eating grass at this age? And, can they?

Sure!

No problems that I am aware of!

Yep, they love grass, make sure they have access to some dirt though when they are eating the grass. They need a bit of grit to digest the fibers. Also, make sure the grass they are eating hasn't been treated with things like moss killer or pesticides. You can also give them veggie scraps left over from dinner and noodles. Good luck!
