I came out to let my chickens out and saw this around my Silkies vent. Any idea what it is and how to get it off? My only guess is an egg that had no she'll when it came out.

It could be an egg or runny poop. Give her a warm water bath with mild soap to clean her feathers. Here is a link on washing silkies.

Keep an eye out for loose stool or trouble laying eggs.
