We bought a heap of chickens from an auction a month ago, mostly pullets at point of lay
a couple of weeks ago one of the RIR girls was all fluffed up and not looking well, I took her home, kept her warm, gave her vitamins and food but she died 2 days later
Last night all were fin, this morning in the coop I found her sister almost dead, could not move, poop was a good texture but had blood in it.
they have been wormed
any ideas?

I'm sorry you are having trouble with this flock.
Did you have chickens before this group?
Or did you add them to an existing flock?

They could have an overload of Coccidiosis.
It wouldn't hurt any to treat them for that.

We had chickens in this coop previously which were happy until a fox killed them all due to someone not putting them away, the coop has been empty for over 6 months until we got these, the thing is we got about 13 different lots, all different breeds and from different sellers and I cant contact them either to see if any were vaccinated or anything. ( I just work here so I had to buy these for my boss you see, not ideal)
I Also thought Cocci, im thinking treat the whole flock again? there are about 28 bantams in total

I would start treatment for Coccidiosis immediately especially since you saw blood.
