I have two turkeys I got when they were young ( I was told one is male and one female) recently the female has been acting funny. Keeping the feathers on her spine raised and not moving much, they usually run out when I open the door. The male has the last two days but the female won't. She has ate and drank, I'm not sure what could be wrong. I looked her over and there's nothing physically wrong with her. I don't know wht to do

Turkeys have been known to get quite mean if they lay on eggs theirs or someone else's
also would like to say welcome to BYC

I know nothing about turkeys!
I gave a fair warning!

Does it sound like this turkey might be broody?
I would not necessarily say she is broody without more information. There was no mention of a nest or eggs. As @rjohns39 is implying, she may be squatting in preparation for breeding.

My best guess is that she squatted in the building and the tom bred her. If it was a rough breeding she might be recuperating from it. It would explain the ruffled feathers on the back.
