I think that with chickens "siblings" is a general term for any chickens living together. Just a big, ol, happy family!!!

I am new to raising baby chicks...I brought this baby home last thursday...she has been chirping really loud and all she wants is to be held...when I pick her up she goes right to sleep.

She needs friends, had a roo who would peck on my back door til I came out and played with him until we got him some hens, then he wasn't interested in me anymore.

Loud chirping in chicks is usually a sign of distress. In this case the distress is likely to be caused by being alone. Chickens are flock animals and are far more happy being with others of their kind. I would recommend that you get some companions as soon as possible. That may be all she needs to settle in. Chicks in brooders will often chirp loudly when they find themselves alone on the other side of the brooder until they 'find' their flock mates again.
