Yellow and/or green poop can mean bacterial infection.

Yeah, his birds are immune to the disease they carry..Start mixing Birds that do not have the same diseases and they get sick..Any stress to Chickens brings out disease..They are more complex than people think.[/QUOT

None are sick now, even the rooster was fine yesterday. They were all running around the coop yesterday, eating and drinking normally.
