Please help!!!!!!

If they are only three weeks old, they need a heat lamp. I keep mine with a heat lamp until they are fully feathered. I raise the lamp up as they get bigger and give them enough space to move away from it if they get too warm. Make sure you put them where there arent any drafts but they have ventilation. Hope she will be ok

Can you post some photo of the poop?
Any other photos you would like to share would be great - where you are keeping them/housing, etc.

If she is only 3 weeks, she does need to have heat with your temperatures - all of them do if they are 3 weeks old.
What are you feeding them - including treats?

It would be good if you could get some Nettex Nutri-Drops to have on hand. Do you have a pet or feed store nearby? You can also order them online. I see you are in the UK so you have different "products" than we have here.

If the sick one is standing now and cheeping - get her hydrated first, then offer her a wet mash of chick starter.
Hopefully she was just really cold. Look at her vent (butt) just to make sure it's not pasted over. Look at everyone's butt.

Update: she died:hit:hit:hit:hit:hit:hit
I'm so sorry :hugs

How are all the others doing?
If you still want to share photos of your chicks, the brooder/housing, the poop, etc. those are always welcome and we can give you some suggestions if that is something you want to do.

O my gosh I’m so sorry that happened keep the others close and use them as comfort they need comfort too now l. Sending love to you
