PLEASE HELP!!!

We live in a small town and the only vet that takes care of chickens is away for a week! We haven't even had our babies for an entire month and we have our first illness. This is the best picture my phone could take. Any thoughts, suggestions, information, anything would be greatly appreciated!

Separating her is a great first step! Did she get caught on something or did another chick pick on her? It doesn’t seem to be actively bleeding so I’d just keep an eye on it, it seems too high on her neck for her to pick it herself. Don’t fret too much, chickies are tough!

I separated her as soon as I noticed a sore. Tuesday morning I noticed a slight discoloration on her neck (but I am brand new to raising chickens) and I thought it might be a blemish or discoloration on the skin. Wednesday morning I did notice a small sore where that spot was and it appeared that the other chicks had been pecking on her so I immediately separated her. The swelling started yesterday and it has gotten worse and spread. I started spraying her with Banixx for Chixx as soon as I noticed a sore. I just feel so bad for her. Poor little girl is the tiniest of all our chicks

I'd put some Neosporin without pain medication in it on the wound to promote healing and prevent infection. And then add Blu-Kote and Peck-No-More before adding back to the flock to prevent them from picking at her and reopening the wound.
