Dip its beak into a sugar water mixture it might be needing a boost.
Sorry little chicks can fail at around a week old too if something isn't right with them internally..

Yes it is still young enough that if there was an internal problem, for example an infection at the navel from hatch, it could be ill now due to this.
I would remove it from the brooder for a few minutes and hand feed drops of sugar or electrolyte water. See if it perks up or becomes noisy.
