my buff orpington hen cant stand up shes very off balance shes eating and drinking when I offer food and water ive added acv to the water not sure if that will help can someone please advise me on what to do

She looks like she may have gotten Botulism.
Was there anything spoiled she could've gotten into? I had 2 meat birds get botulism from spoiled feed in the feeder caused by extreme heat, & humidity. It's been taken care of.

When was the last time you saw her stand? Do you see anything visibly wrong with her legs? Do her joints still bend? Do you have any poultry probiotics and electrolytes on hand?

She took herself to bed last night i saw her walking then and she got herself out in to the run this morning i noticed she wasn't herself around 9am i cant see anything wrong with her
