Please help!!

I have a chicken who wont eat she ducks her head like twitching. And undernether her vent is swollen i can try to post a pic if needed! Ive had her away from the other chickens for a while and i think i can hear her belly rumbling. I honestly have no idea whats wrong with her she walks around normally but does sleep a lot im pretty sure she doesnt lay anymore too her poop is hard to explain and no one has a picture with her kind of poop she has. so im not sure whats wrong ive read a lot on tones of different things and nothing is really helping me figure out whats wrong. Please help me figure out whats wrong!

I cant really get a picture of her vent because of her feathers but its red and it was very hard to find but i did get her belly and an a area near her vent

Of it is swollen and red and there are poopy feathers, there may be an infection. Read up on vent gleet - that’s what it looks like.
