Please help!

My duck eggs are hatching late but I’m worriedly about one of them I’m pretty sure he internally pipped but it looks like the air cell is full but he still moving around I’m worried that he will drown

I could hear him chirping and tapping the shell lightly so I put him in the incubator and left him so he could external pip but I think it was to late I couldn’t hear him or see him moving and I assisted as if he was still alive just in case but when i got to him he had passed I’m pretty sure he had suffocated I have another egg that’s on day 29 and he has been shadowing for awhile and I think he is trying to internal pip but what should I do if the same thing happens
