SO，the hoa came and said I cant keep my 4 chickens. I gave away 1 but the others have been returned multiple times. Is there any places like shelter to give my chickens to without them killing them? Thanks!

May I ask why you even tried to have chickens in a HOA?

There are HOA's that allow chickens...but you have to follow their established rules.

They were returned of multiple reasons: Digging up their onions, too loud, too stinky
