Please help!

I have this duckling that hatched around 4 hours ago and he was curled up and I had another one hatch and do the same thing but he was up and doing good when I checked on him Does anyone know what I can do the yolk is fully absorbed and he opens his eyes and chirps

Give it time, and hopefully it will regain strength.
