Our sweet rooster, Cody, got mauled by our turkey tom. His head and neck are soaked in blood. How do I treat this further, other then giving him an antiseptic and disinfectant?

First thing is clean, & assess damage. Then move from there.
No bath, just some dawn dish soap, & warm water. Get him as clean as you can.

And treat him for shock ASAP, also; warm water with some electrolytes and a bit of sugar or honey in it. Something like Gatorade works well. You might have to dip his beak in to get him interested. The once you treat the wounds, somewhere warm and dim to recover.

Get us some good pics of the wounds and we can help assess them more, but general wound care is rinsing with saline (antiseptic spray if you have one works well, too) and then liberally applying a triple antibiotic ointment without pain reliever to the wounds.
