Is the heat causing Coccidia? Or the rampant spread of it? Since they are infected I’d really rather not have them in my house. Certainly many other people have them
In their garage with no issues.

It looks like you got some better help from the others. The reason I asked is because chickens can easily overheat, which will not help if they're battling coccidia as well. I really hope the meds work quickly and get this under control. I'm sorry for your losses.
