Personally, I'd keep her seperated for a day or so. I'd prefer to deal with reintegrating, if necessary, than risking the whole flock getting sick.

It's really up to you. I was assuming she was already with the others, therefore they would already have been exposed. But better safe than sorry. Hopefully she'll be looking good tomorrow.
